Returns and Refunds
If you are asking for a refund within fourteen days of purchasing goods contact us either by email or writing, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the day you have given notice of your cancellation. We will collect the goods from your premises as soon as practicable. In this case, we will refund the price of the goods in full, including the cost of delivery to you (if any). However, there is a charge of £79 per order this is to cover the cost of delivery and collection fee. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Please research your product before buying from our site. No refunds or exchanges will be authorised if products are found cheaper after delivery has been accepted.

Unwanted goods/wrongly ordered:
Goods will be collected at a charge of £79 per order. If you require an exchange there will also be a redelivery charge of £39. Goods must be returned in the original packaging they arrived in, in order to be collected.

Please note: The items will not be collected if they are not safely or sufficiently packed.

Damaged or Faulty goods:

Damages must be reported within 24hrs – 48hrs of receipt of goods. In all cases goods must be repackaged sufficiently in order to collect or exchange. Please check all packages before signing “received in good condition”. If any packages have any damage to them, please sign as “damaged” and refuse the delivery. If goods have been signed for and taken in and upon unpackaging find that the goods are damaged the cost of the replacement part and redelivery fee of £39 will be payable by the customer. Goods can not be returned for comfort issues this is not classed as a fault. Please contact us to arrange collection. This form must be placed in an envelope and taped securely to the outside of one of the boxes.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
